Pre-Flight Planning Session
A private call covering your itinerary, your pet’s routine, carrier or restraint arrangements, packing, and questions for your veterinarian. You’ll leave with a personalized departure checklist.

Complete Flight Concierge
We coordinate with you, your veterinarian, and your flight provider, track preparation deadlines, organize records, confirm your pet’s arrangements, and hold a final departure call.

International Round-Trip Concierge
We research destination and return requirements, coordinate veterinary appointments, track document deadlines, and organize your pet’s travel folder for both directions.

Private Aviation Pet Liaison
We speak with you about your pet, relay practical needs to the operator, prepare a pet profile, and brief the accompanying caregiver or crew contact.

Departure-Day Support
A scheduled remote support window for document organization, last-minute coordination, caregiver questions, and communication with the transport team.

Airport & FBO Meet and Assist
We meet your family before departure, organize belongings and documents, help with your pet’s ground-side preparation, and coordinate the handoff. Requires advance facility permission.

Pet Moving Concierge
We build your pet’s moving timeline, compare transport options, coordinate appointments and records, plan moving-day care, and arrange the destination handoff.

Seasonal Relocation Support
For repeat moves between homes: we refresh travel arrangements, confirm supplies at the destination, coordinate caregivers, and organize the return.

Pet Traveling Without You
We coordinate an agreed transporter or companion, prepare care instructions, set update times, and confirm the receiving person and arrival arrangements.

Arrival & Settling-In Support
We arrange supplies, plan a quiet arrival routine, transfer records, identify local veterinary contacts, and check in with you or your caregiver.

Specialized journeys
Some pets and some moves need more. These are quoted individually.

Senior & medically complex pets
We work with your treating veterinarian to organize their instructions, the prescribed care schedule, mobility needs, supplies, and the handoff at your destination.

Multi-pet households
One coordinated move, with individual records, equipment, routines, and caregiver assignments for every animal in your family.

In-flight pet companion
One of us travels with you and your pet for comfort, handling, observation, and practical assistance, subject to operator approval. Quoted as a day rate plus expenses, travel time, and any overnight stay.

Veterinary care, transportation, supplies, and third-party fees are billed separately from our services.

For international travel, we handle coordination and preparation. USDA-endorsed health certificates must be issued by a USDA-accredited veterinarian.

Our companion service is comfort and practical support. Any clinical care is arranged under appropriate veterinary supervision for the places you travel.

Airport and FBO visits depend on advance permission from the facility.
